Helix is built so we never need to see your data — and we never do. Everything you log stays on your iPhone and (if you turn on iCloud sync) on your own iCloud account. We do not run servers that hold your data. We do not show ads. We do not sell or share information with anyone. If that's all you wanted to know, you're done.
Nothing on our servers. Helix has no backend. There is no Helix account, no login, no email signup. We don't see what peptides you take, what doses you log, or even that you opened the app today.
The information you enter into Helix lives in a SwiftData database on your iPhone. That database includes:
We collect none of this. We have no ability to read it.
If you turn on Settings → iCloud sync, your Helix data is replicated through Apple's CloudKit service to your own iCloud account so it can appear on your other Apple devices.
When you use iCloud sync:
You can turn iCloud sync off at any time in the app settings or in iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Helix.
Helix uses Apple's UserNotifications framework to deliver dose reminders on the times you've configured. The notification content is generated on your device — we never see it. iOS may show notifications on your lock screen, in the Notification Center, or via Apple Watch if you have one.
You can turn off notifications at any time in iOS Settings → Notifications → Helix.
If you grant Helix permission to read or write data to Apple Health, that data flows directly between Helix and HealthKit on your device. Helix never transmits HealthKit data off your device. You can revoke HealthKit permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Helix.
Helix does not include third-party analytics, crash reporters, advertising SDKs, or any other tracking technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Sentry, Crashlytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, or anything in that category.
If you opt in to Apple's "Share With App Developers" diagnostic feature in iOS Settings, Apple may share anonymous crash data with us. That feature is off by default and is controlled entirely by you.
Because we don't have your data, there's nothing for us to retain.
To delete your Helix data:
That's it. There is no third place for your data to live.
Helix is rated 17+ and is not intended for children under the age specified by your country's privacy laws (under 13 in the US, under 16 in most of the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children, in part because we don't collect data from anyone.
If we make material changes, we will post the new policy at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Because we don't have your email address, we can't notify you directly. Major changes will also be highlighted in the app's release notes.
