Common questions

Is Helix a medical device?
No. Helix is a logbook — a private place to track what you take, when, and how you felt. It does not recommend dosages, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice. Always work with a qualified healthcare provider.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Helix has no accounts and no signup. Open the app and you're in. Your data stays on your device.
What compounds are in the library?
The built-in library includes BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Ipamorelin, CJC-1295, and more. You can add custom entries for anything you track.
Does Helix work with Apple Health?
Apple Health integration is on the v1.1 roadmap — reading measurements in, optionally writing dose times out. You'll control exactly what flows in either direction.
Will there be an Android version?
Eventually. iOS first, built with proper attention to detail. Android is on the roadmap for v2.
What happens to my data if I delete the app?
It disappears with the app. There's no server with a copy. If you have iCloud Backup enabled, it will restore with your device — but we never have access to it.
