Common questions

Is Helix a medical device or app?
No. Helix is a logbook — a private place to track what you take, when, and how you felt. We don't recommend dosages, prescribe medications, or provide medical advice. Always work with a qualified healthcare provider.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Helix has no accounts and no signup. Open the app and you're in. If you turn on iCloud sync, that uses your own iCloud account — we never see it.
What peptides and medications are supported?
Anything you can give yourself by injection. The seed library includes BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Ipamorelin, and CJC-1295, plus you can add custom entries for anything else.
Does Helix work with Apple Health?
Apple Health integration is on the v1.1 roadmap — read weight/measurements in, optionally write dose times out. You'll always control what data flows in either direction.
Will Helix come to Android?
Eventually. iOS first, with proper attention to detail. Android is on the roadmap for v2.
What happens to my data if I stop using Helix?
It stays on your device until you delete the app. If you used iCloud sync, you can also clear it from iOS Settings → iCloud → Manage Storage → Helix. There's no third place where your data lives.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Helix Pro includes PDF and CSV export of your full history — useful for sharing with clinicians or just keeping a personal record.
How do I cancel a Pro subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store → tap your profile → Subscriptions → Helix Pro → Cancel. You'll keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
